Emergency AssistanceÂ
If you are in crisis and need immediate support
If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or unable to cope, you do not have to face this alone. Anchor Point offers a Single Session Therapy appointment that is normally available within 24 hours. This is a focused, one‑off session designed to help you stabilise, understand what is happening, and identify the next steps that will keep you safe. You can request this at any time and we will prioritise you as quickly as possible.
If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, contact emergency services without delay.
